Ivan Rosa, RA NCARB is a Registered Architect in the state of New York. From 1999 to 2016 was Adjunct Associate Professor of Architecture at the Spitzer School of Architecture teaching architectural design studio in the 3rd year sequence of the 5 year Bachelor of Architecture undergraduate program. He was design year coordinator for same. Mr. Rosa is a graduate of the former dual degree program and holds two professional degrees from CCNY; Bachelor of Science – Landscape Architecture (1990) and Bachelor of Architecture (1992). He also holds a Master of Science in Architecture & Urban Design from Columbia University (1994).

Mr. Rosa has worked in some of the leading architectural firms in the city; Rockwell Group, Hillier Architecture, TPG Architecture and Perkins Eastman. He is currently Associate Director of Project Management at Gardiner & Theobald, Inc. a UK based company and the largest Project & Cost Management consultancy in New York City.
